Dreams of Chaos is out now

Hello everyone,

I’ve been a little lax with posts recently. I’ve just been so busy – but am hoping to get back to it soon. I’ve a trip to Norway to talk about and some book reviews too.

However, I thought I’d just let you all know that Dreams of Chaos is out today!

This is my third novella in the Gael Song series – and marks the end of Era I. It’s available to buy on Amazon, Apple and Bloomsbury.

Excitingly audiobooks are being recorded for all my novellas and should be out later this year. Here’s the Amazon link ⬇️

A young Irish prince must forge his own path in a land of war and magic. Part of Shauna Lawless’s critically acclaimed Gael Song fantasy series set in medieval Ireland.

Murchad is born into one of the royal families of Munster. His uncle is king, and his father is the mighty warrior Brian Boru, who is often away fighting to keep their borders safe.

When he is still a boy, Murchad’s world is torn apart when Viking raiders assail his homeland. Having witnessed the carnage, Murchad grows up in a whirl of conflict, as thoughts of vengeance and rage mingle with his desire for peace.

In an Ireland where strength of arms or weight of gold convey the ultimate power, can Murchad tread his own path, or will he be destroyed by the weight of expectations in a world caught between a legendary past and a dangerous future?

  1. Hi Shauna,

I was given your name by a colleague and was wondering of you would be interested in doing a talk/workshop/Q&A with some Year 10 students as part of our careers week?

If this is something you would be interested in I can be contacted via this email: mmckeever338@c2ken.net

    Many thanks,
